The Dos & Don’ts Of Exercise Regimen

Do start it with caution, you must take caution. Anyone beginning an exercise regimen should begin slowly and gradually. Allow yourself to get used to the strain of physical activity. Tough it’s not easy, it could be tough, but once you build stamina for exercise, you will get used to it. As your body adjusts, you will be able to increase the duration and intensity of your exercise program. If you feel any discomfort, stop exercising and if it’s serious, do consult your doctor.

How to Begin: Begin with a “warm-up” session. Inhale and exhale. Stretch muscles slowly to avoid injury during the actual exercise. Get your respiration, circulation, and body temperature to increase by beginning with some low-impact exercises. Low-level aerobic exercise is the best warm-up. Warm-up should last about three to five minutes. Remember, to do an exercise without warm-up is totally useless. Turn on music, any song, try to catch the beats of music. It shouldn’t neither be slow or too fast, something like J Lo “Get on the floor”. 😉 Begin the actual exercise phase at a moderate intensity. Don’t overexert yourself. If you exercise regularly, you will be able to lengthen the time and increase the intensity. While you’re exercising, you should feel your heart beating faster. You should be breathing more rapidly and deeply, yet still be able to carry on a conversation. You should begin to sweat. These are ways that your system responds to the challenges of exercise.

Your Dressing: Dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothing. Wear the appropriate and comfortable footwear. Consider the weather. If the temperature and humidity are extreme, either too high or too low, physical exertion may be dangerous. So, be careful. Either you carry long or short hair, do tie up your hair.

End with: End with a “cool down” session. Inhale and exhale. Spend a few minutes walking slowly to let your body gradually decrease itself. Just as you needed to gradually begin to exercise, you need to gradually begin to rest. Drink any juice, or plenty of water before and after exercise to gain energy. You can also drink juice or water while exercising, but in small quantity or in sips.

In order for exercise to be truly effective, it must become a regular part of your routine. Exercising daily may be helpful in managing stress and stabilizing mood. Your strong commitment to exercise could make you more beautiful. Don’t go on diet, just control your diet.
